We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why your satisfaction is important to us. If you decide
that you do not want your item for any reason, please contact us by telephone or e-mail within 14 days of
receipt, so we can arrange for an exchange or return. We will supply you with an RMA number for the return.
Items without an RMA number will be returned to the customer and will not be processed. Only items purchased
from LIGHTING DEPOT may be returned. All sales on clearance items and light bulbs are final. Items that have
been used, installed or modified will not be accepted. We accept only saleable items in the original package.
You may be charged for any missing parts. Special order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom
orders may not be returned unless they have an operational or manufacturer design defect.
Once the product is received at our warehouse in good condition we will issue a refund for the amount of the
product to the same credit card used for the purchase, less any restocking fee and/or original shipping charges.
The returned item must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of return authorization. The refund for the
returned item will be made upon receipt and inspection. If we determine that the item has been installed or used,
credit will not be issued and the item may be returned to you at your expense.
LIGHTING DEPOT will honor all available manufacturer warranties still in effect covering manufacturer defects.
We will repair or replace the defective item (except light bulbs) for one year from the date of purchase. Please
contact our customer service department by telephone or e-mail for an RMA number. Items without an RMA number
will be returned to the customer and will not be processed. Please see below for instructions on returning merchandise
to LIGHTING DEPOT. Reasonable shipping charges, if applicable, will be refunded upon inspection provided damage
is deemed to be a factory defect. A repaired or replaced item will be shipped as soon as possible with no additional
Returning an Item
Before you return an item to us, you must first contact our customer service department by telephone or e-mail
within the appropriate time frame. We will supply you with an RMA number and shipping instructions for return.

be used to ensure that you receive credit for your return. You must write the RMA number down on the returns
form and include it with your item.
Please pack the item in its original box together with all appropriate packaging material and mounting hardware
and installation instructions. Be sure to pack such that all parts are included and the item will not be damaged
during shipment. You must ship the returned products to LIGHTING DEPOT by FedEx or UPS ground and make note
of the RMA NUMBER on the packaging label . If you ship via USPS, insurance and delivery confirmation will be required.
Any order $100 or more will be shipped to the continental 48 states at no cost if the delivery can be made using common carrier grounds. Please call (954) 433-8200 for a price quote on any order that is over sized and requires truck shipment or is going to be shipped out of the USA.
